Bicycle & e-bikes
If you visit the City Outlet Bad Münstereifel by bicycle or e-bike, you can park it in the bicycle stands provided for this purpose. These are located in Marktstraße, Werther Straße and Orchheimer Straße. All e-bikes can be conveniently charged at the new charging station directly to the right of the town hall in Marktstraße.

Cash machine
There is an ATM in the Volksbank in the town. The detailed locations of the ATMs can also be found in the Shopping Guide.
Dogs & Cats
Dogs and cats are welcome in Bad Münstereifel, but must be kept on a lead. In stores that sell food, such as the LINDT store in the City Outlet, pets are not allowed for legal reasons. You will usually find water troughs for your dogs in front of Lindt, WMF, PUMA, Bugatti and CEP item M6. Please dispose of your pet's droppings out of consideration, e.g. with the waste bags provided by the city at the dog stations.

There are various parking facilities around the City Outlet Bad Münstereifel for motorcyclists:

Parking lot, Auf der Kumm 1
Former police parking lot, Kölner Straße 2
Central bus parking lot, opposite Kölner Straße 80
Parking lot Schulzentrum, Trierer Straße 18 (only on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and during the NRW school vacations)

Parking
There are approx. 2,200 parking spaces available in Bad Münstereifel. These are located in the following streets, for example: Trierer Straße, Im Goldenen Tal and Kölner Straße. There are free parking spaces in „Im Goldenen Tal“ and paid parking spaces in Trierer Straße, Kölner Straße and under the Schleidtalstraße elevated road. Free bus parking is available in Schießbachstraße on the L234.
Shopping Guides
The shopping guide in a practical format for your jacket pocket contains all the important information about brands, the locations of the individual outlet stores and the gastronomy in the City Outlet Bad Münstereifel. Shopping Guides are available throughout the City Outlet and at the City Outlet Information Desk and can be picked up free of charge. Playground
For our younger visitors, the City Outlet has a variety of play and water facilities. Discover the two playgrounds: one in Werther Straße in front of the Bitburger Bierhaus and another on Europaplatz in front of the Werthertor. For a refreshing Kneipp experience, there is a foot treading pool and another pool directly in front of the Werthertor as well as a Kneipp arm pool in front of the store in Orchheimer Straße. This makes a visit to the City Outlet a special experience for the whole family.

Toilets
Toilets are available inside the City Outlet on Teichstraße and in the Center Information/Outlet Lounge at Marktstraße 20, next to PUMA. Both facilities have barrier-free access and a changing table. The exact locations can be found in the Shopping Guide.
