Bad Münstereifel has its own train station, just 150 meters from the pedestrian zone. There are direct connections to Cologne, Euskirchen and Bonn. Unfortunately, the line to Euskirchen is still being rebuilt due to the flood disaster, which means that rail replacement services are currently being used.
