Dear customers and partners of the City Outlet Bad Münstereifel,

As you were able to read in the press yesterday and will no doubt have seen on social media, the storm on the night of July 14/15 hit the entire town of Bad Münstereifel hard. We were particularly saddened by the fact that there were fatalities in this disaster here and in many other regions. We mourn for all the people who did not survive this disaster and send our deepest, sincere sympathy to their families. In memory of these people, we are also full of respect and gratitude for all those who are helping us and all those affected to limit further damage.

It is now our task, together with our brand partners and in coordination with the city administration and the citizens, business friends, restaurateurs, self-employed and retailers, to rebuild all the affected buildings in our beautiful little town even more beautifully as quickly as possible. We look forward to any support and will do our utmost to ensure that we can welcome you back soon.

Thank you very much for your trust over the past few years. It is precisely this trust that now gives us the strength and hope to realize the reconstruction of Bad Münstereifel as quickly and beautifully as possible.
